You Can Taste the Difference
Camphill Village's maple syrup is made using traditional methods. In late winter, our Estate crew taps each sugar maple tree in our village to collect sap, which is then boiled in our wood-fired sugarhouse. Once it reaches a thick, rich consistency, the syrup is bottled without any additives or preservatives. You can enjoy this syrup on pancakes, waffles, and ice cream or even use it as a substitute for sugar in baking.
