We bake our holiday fruitcake with the best organic dried fruits, fresh eggs, flavorful walnuts, and Christmassy spices. We cut the dried fruits by hand here in the bakery and soak them for three full days in kosher sherry wine to give the flavors time to get to know each other. All of our ingredients are organic and, for the most part, locally sourced. We mix in small batches to ensure the highest quality and shape each fruitcake by hand with love and precision.
