You Can Taste the Difference
Camphill Village maple syrup is crafted in a traditional style. In late winter our Estate crew visits each sugar maple tree in our village, collecting sap before boiling it down in our sugarhouse. When it finally becomes a thick, rich syrup, it is bottled without any additives or preservatives. From there you can enjoy it on pancakes, waffles, ice cream, and when baking as a substitution for sugar.
